WORKING AT A LIMITED CAPACITY
Due to a clinical system migration we will be working at a limited capacity until we migrate on the 20th of January 2026.
This upgrade will help improve safety, efficiency, and the services we provide. During the transition, you may notice some delays while our team adjusts to the new system. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make things better for you.
Practice closures
The surgery will be closed on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th December 2025 and
Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd January 2025/26. for the Christmas and New Year Holidays.
If you require urgent care during this time please contact Oct of Hours on 111.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
To ensure our telephone lines are accessible to those who with an urgent clinical need, we will no longer be accepting repeat prescriptions via the telephone. Doing this over the duration of the pandemic helped patients obtain their medication without the need to attend the surgery, pharmacy, post boxes etc whilst helping reduce the spread of infection. This next phase however means we must prioritise our resources to those who need to contact us with medical problems.
We respectfully request you return to your usual method of ordering or try either the online or email system. If you do not wish to opt for either of these, an external post box is available to drop off requests out-of-hours as well as our internal one.
HEALTH REVIEWS
You may normally attend our nursing team for review of certain conditions. Whilst we have resumed the majority of these, the review you are used to may be carried out differently. If your review is due, please contact the practice to arrange an appointment. We thank you for your patience.
