Text and Email Messaging Service

The practice would like to introduce you to a new service we are currently offering, text messaging.

Mobile phones have opened up a new avenue for communication between the Surgery and our patients and the use of SMS messaging offers wide accessibility and timely delivery of messages.

With your consent, text messages/email can be used for:

•             Appointment reminders direct from the clinical system
•             Flu or other vaccination clinics for targeted eligible populations
•            Chronic disease review invitations
•            Cervical screening
•            Blood pressure and cholesterol monitoring
•            Requests to contact the practice to arrange appointments or services
•        Updates on new developments at the practice

Patient Access

We are currently expanding our online services where patients can order their repeat prescription online.  This will help us prevent any unnecessary footfall into the practice thus keeping staff and attending patients safe.

PATIENT ACCESS allows patients to order repeat medication over the internet via a personal computer, mobile phone or any other device that can be used to access the internet.

The PATIENT ACCESS mobile app is free to download on Android and iOS.

Easier than the current email service we use, request your repeat prescriptions quickly online by logging into your account and simply ticking the appropriate boxes.

You can review the progress of your repeat prescriptions and any messages that the practice may have sent you.

To register, simply download and complete the form below and bring it along to the Practice with a valid form of identification.
