Non-NHS Services
Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract a charge. Examples include the following:
- Medicals for pre-employment, taxi and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
- Insurance claim forms
- Holiday cancellation claim forms
- Private sick notes
- Solicitor reports
- Vaccination certificates
We ask that patients complete all the appropriate details before handing any form in to the reception, and allow 7 working days before collection.
The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them.
